Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days . Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the delconawatch.com website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

First and foremost, we respect the legal rights of all our customers. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, whether you simply don’t like it or for other reasons, please ensure the following two conditions are met:

① For stainless steel / titanium strap watches: The protective film on the strap must remain intact, no screws should be removed, and the watch case must be free of scratches. ②For leather strap watches: The strap must not have been worn, and the watch case must be free of scratches.

Testing the watch’s functionality does not require removing the protective film or wearing the watch. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the watch has been worn under the excuse of "testing it for a few days." Once worn, it is considered that you have accepted the watch, and we can only provide warranty services within the warranty scope, but no returns or exchanges will be supported.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE? Simply email our customer support at service@delconawatch.com, and we will get you all taken care of. WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, it will only be replaced with a new one. please contact service@delconawatch.com right away so we may replace it for you.
